Remodeling the Attic Space - part 7

The project is just about done. These pictures were taken last weekend when only the final plumbing, the last coat of paint in the bedroom and just a bit of touch up remained. I wanted to get photographs of the space while it was still empty before I put a few items in the room which were likely to scratch the stairway (another coat of paint was about to be applied before the painters leave for good).

Today the plumbing was completed and a final coat of paint was put on the bedroom walls. Only a bit of touch up work remains.

I can't wait to move in. Anyone want to come by and help …?

The new master bathroom and closets:

You just have to put carpet in your storage space …

The (new) view of the neighborhood through the added north-facing windows:

The painters began painting the kitchen today — the existing maroon just isn't what I want with the new floor (faux slate style floating floor over the damaged hardwood floor).

The only evidence remaining in the basement is an above-head-height soffit in the laundry room.

Wow
