I thought I'd do a quick update …  as one friend put it when talking about the remodeling work he has had done, "the framing part was very impressive but then things seemed to go slooooow".  I wouldn't go that far but you do have to look more closely to see the progress now that the really big stuff is done.

The electrical and HVAC work is (mostly) done, windows have been installed…

and the shower is starting to look like a shower…

It's almost time for the insulation and the exterior work is very limited in what remains.
