Atlanta Condos
I have been looking at condos in Atlanta for a few months and have found two developments I like quite a bit. They are marked on the map below.
The blue marker shows a small low-rise development made up of two courtyard-style, three story buildings. The first level of each is single bedroom condos. The upper two stories are two-floor, two bedroom, (usually) 1½ bath, townhouse-style condos. Each includes a one-car garage, a rare thing in that part of town, as well as a balcony overlooking the courtyard.
The location is on Highland just south of Amsterdam, between The Original El Taco restaurant and the yoga studio. Ma Li, Vine, San Francisco Coffee and the U.S. Post Office are all right there. This location is about three blocks north of the Virginia-Highland intersection.
The green marker shows a high-rise with many two and three bedroom/two bath condos that overlook Piedmont Park, a few with Midtown views, too.
This location is about six blocks west of the Virginia-Highlands intersection. Piedmont Park, Grady High School Stadium and the Midtown Promenade Center (with the Midtown Art Cinema) are right around this building. The Piedmont Park stop of the proposed Beltline light rail would be extremely close to this building.
As a point of reference, my old place is the red marker at the top of the map.

Anything on offers in Atlanta
Hey Pooky:
Has anyone saluted an offer yet for an Atlanta condo?
